Welcome to Alpine Abode

Hello everyone, and a big warm welcome to Alpine Abode’s brand new website and online store! I finally got there….. (I have been talking about this website for over two years now!), thank you for sticking with me!

I thought for this very first post I would start by introducing myself so that you can get to know me a bit better.

My husband and I together with our two small boys live on a property about 40 minutes out of Cooma. We run a small amount of cattle, and have managed over the years to accumulate extra family members along the way including dogs, horses and chooks.

Alpine Abode is an evolution of my interiors obsession, studying Interior Design, & working with my husband (Bryce Built Constructions Pty Ltd) to design and build homes in the Snowy Mountains over the last 10 years.

I had a desire to bring design-led brands and products to the Snowy Mountains and I wanted a place where people could visit and feel inspired to create similar spaces in their own homes. 

I love curating spaces that not only look good, but that are unfussy, relaxed and functional for the people using them.

So welcome!!! Kick off your shoes, grab a cuppa and take a wander around my little home, Alpine Abode.
